The feed trough in food grade reinforced resin (recommended) is used to distribute silage with no risk of contamination by spores of butyric acid-producing bacteria.
Fitted with:
- 2 pre-attached side rails acting as an anti-wastage outer rim and providing protection against any impacts by animals or tractor wheels.

- 1 33/42 drain plug
- Ø 42.4 mm galvanised legs adjustable in height via bolt and snap-end nuts.
Concrete-surfaced areas have the disadvantage of being difficult to clean, silage runs a high risk of being contaminated by butyric acid bacteria spores. Therefore, it is recommended that silage be placed in foodstuff-quality feed troughs.
Made of polyethylene resin, these troughs are rot-proof, withstand detergents, disinfectants, and high-pressure cleaning. The smooth trough walls, galvanised frame and drain plug, ensure easy cleaning.
